Immerse yourself in the heart of the winegrower's life and discover all the facets of the independent winegrower's work during a privileged meeting at the estate.
During this unique experience, you will discover the independent winegrower's job in its entirety, from the vineyards, to the cellar, to the tasting. What a great way to create memories in Alsace!
On the program :
- Introduction to the fundamentals of wine tasting and tasting of wines from the estate
- Visit of the vineyard to understand the work of the vine and initiation to the work of the current season, if the weather allows it.
- Welcome to the estate
- Visit of the cellar with tasting of a wine in tank
- Delivery of the "Winemaker for a day" diploma
