" Discovery, history & tasting of Molsheim wines "

As part of the Tournée des Terroirs, you will taste several wines from the crus of the town of Molsheim from the same vintage, produced by different winemakers of the commune, located on the Alsace Wine Route. The interest is to highlight the different facets of each cru site and their respective influences on each wine. A wine produced on marl, sandstone or limestone is unique each time. The goal of Horizontals is to understand the extent to which the site and the winemaker's skill influence the final product. Grégory Oswald, historian of the Museum of the Charterhouse of Molsheim, will explain how the vineyards of Molsheim have been part of the history of the town for several centuries. In this way, it will be possible to understand the historical factor in the long term to give a temporal dimension to wine tasting. Reservation required.
