The Jardin des sciences and the city of Obernai propose you Alsascience, a festival of scientific culture around food and more particularly around fermentation, this process of transformation of food quite astonishing and unknown. This festival will aim to : - to make discover the scientific culture and sciences and to show that they are in the heart of the everyday life and accessible to all. - explore the links between art and science by proposing original and innovative formats that bring together art and science. - to propose a cultural program aimed at different audiences (children, families, seniors, enthusiasts, curious...). - to propose to the public a festive weekend around the local heritage and an original theme. - mobilize different local actors in the construction of a common project.
