Place du Vieux Port

We can imagine the aspect that the square could have had before the abandonment of the medieval port, victim of a silting up in the 14th century. However, today the place lacks neither charm nor picturesque charm, with its crown of very old houses. Renovated in 2003, the facade of a former hospital built from 1765 to 1768, under the direction of Chassain. It is one of the most remarkable Selestadian buildings in the French classical style.
