Purchased by the Royal Commissioner in 1649, it is connected to the neighbouring house with a turret containing a polygonal staircase. The main building dates from 1574 and was altered several times at the beginning of the XVIIIth century in Alsatian Renaissance style. Three rows of arcades precede the façade itself supporting a balcony with a wrought iron hand rail.
