Demonstration of distillation and traditional meal: Schiffala cooked in still

Discover the art of distillation which requires patience, attention and rigour at the Beblenheim Cellar!

Throughout the day you can attend a distillation demonstration at the Beblenheim Winery. Then take place for lunch to taste the traditional "Schiffala" (smoked pork Palette) cooked in still. Meal on reservation.
