After a brief presentation of the estate and its history, we invite you to immerse yourself in our cellar. From the pressing hall to the stainless steel vats, via the historic part of the cellar with the wooden tuns, the guided tour gives you the chance to find out more about the fermentation and vinification processes.
After the tour, it's time for an original and fun activity: sabering the crémant! Following the guide's instructions, each participant has the opportunity to try their hand at sabrage on a dummy bottle. The participant with the best sabrage wins the right to sabrage a real bottle of crémant, which will then be offered to participants for tasting!
Finally, we reach the tasting room. A selection of 5 varietals will be served with an assortment of cheeses and cold meats.
