Learn how to match food and wine according to various themes, then taste the products of the day by choosing, with an adviser of the Confrérie Saint-Etienne, the best pairings of Alsace wines from the emblematic oenotheque of the Confrérie with its 60,000 bottles.

Share the taste for perfection of Chef "Petit Jean", Jean Kuentz, former assistant to Jean-François Piège at the "Grand Restaurant" in Paris and Young Talent Gault Millau 2020, now established in Colmar in his restaurant La Maison Rouge by matching his dishes with Alsace wines selected by the Councillors of the Confrérie!
