Blue Jay is first and foremost the story of five passionate musicians united by their quest for groove within the great jazz family. Their influences are varied and unashamed, ranging from disco to hip-hop and rock, with a strong dose of funk that infuses them with boundless energy. Their musical universe is rich and abundant, recalling the essence of great masters such as Herbie Hancock, Chick Corea or Prince, while remaining resolutely original in their compositions and explosive playing.
