What is a life and who can tell it? Who knows how to make the lover, the child, the musician, the thief, the poet, the tailor, the carpenter, the believer, the picker, the drinker speak? What are songs, which tell of discoveries, waiting, hope, intoxication, suffering, separations... and which always draw on their roots of humanity? What would life be without songs? What would songs be without life? After having taken you "oyfn veg" ("on the road", title of their previous show), Passage Klezmer will take you to their new show of Yiddish songs and music, in this so universal repertoire which allows us to affirm: "this life is a song"!
