Organized for more than 18 years, in the friendly spirit of a large open-air market in front of the ramparts of the historic town of Obernai, BiObernai, the organic agriculture fair in Alsace, invites each year more than 24,000 visitors to come and immerse themselves in the world of organic agriculture in Alsace and elsewhere. Appointment for the 19th edition, dedicated to the theme of water, "Precious water": "A drop of water is enough to create a world" Gaston Bachelard, philosopher and epistemologist (1884-1962). Three days of meetings and moments of sharing around more than 250 exhibitors, more than 70 animations for young and old: conferences, practical workshops, artistic and musical animations... On Friday 16th at 4pm, inaugural film session with the projection of Serge Dumont's documentary "The invisible river", followed from 5pm to 5:45pm by a round table discussion "The water table of Alsace, a treasure under our feet to preserve".
- Prices : Free for all from 10am to 12pm. From 12pm: 6 €/full - 3€/unemployed, students, people with reduced mobility - free/under 12 years old and visitors coming by bike and/or by train
