She will introduce you to biodynamic viticulture, a natural method that harmonises the earthly and cosmic cycles to increase the vitality and resistance of the plants. This approach improves the natural exchange between the soil and the roots, and between the sky and the leaves. Their motto: "Without life in the soil, there can be no terroir effect"!
