What could be more typical of France than wine and cheese? Contrary to popular belief, pairing cheese with wine is not just for reds. In Sigolsheim (Kaysersberg-Vignoble), the Meyer-Krumb family invites you to discover the perfect match between Alsatian white wines and local cheeses, to the delight of your taste buds!

Aurélie, the daughter of a winegrower, in partnership with a farmer from Fréland, now knows all there is to know about Munster and other hard cheeses.

After a visit to the cellar, in the intimate atmosphere of the family cellar, she'll serve you her Grands Crus wines to accompany our mountain cheeses. She has succeeded in creating a subtle balance between her estate wines and the cheeses of the Kaysersberg Valley.

Gewurztraminer and Riesling paired with cheeses will surprise both the novice and the experienced palate with an explosive combination of flavours.
