Aurélie, the daughter of a winegrower, in partnership with a farmer from Fréland, now knows all there is to know about Munster and other hard cheeses.
After a visit to the cellar, in the intimate atmosphere of the family cellar, she'll serve you her Grands Crus wines to accompany our mountain cheeses. She has succeeded in creating a subtle balance between her estate wines and the cheeses of the Kaysersberg Valley.
Gewurztraminer and Riesling paired with cheeses will surprise both the novice and the experienced palate with an explosive combination of flavours.
