He is driven by his pursuit of flavor. A pursuit that begins with ingredients, the initial inspiration. His respect for fresh ingredients coupled with years of rigorous training and culinary know-how result in Leray’s authentic cuisine. Chef Leray offers a choice of menus, supplemented by a variety of "a la carte" dishes whish are accented with specific wine pairings, selected by Martine, his wife. On the ground floor, Martine and Bernard chose to retain the original concept through a bistro setting serving « menu of the day » for lunch.
