In Stéphane Bannwarth's cellar, covered with imposing blocks of Vosges sandstone and local limestone, there is a subtle atmosphere of contemplation. In addition to the production of traditional and natural method wines, one discovers Qvevri, earthenware jars originating from Georgia, which give birth to wines that fully express the aromas of grapes that have reached maturity.
