Welcome to the "Avant" du Vignoble gîte, located in the heart of the charming winegrowing town of Rouffach. Our accommodation, nestled in a picturesque setting, combines comfort with privacy. You'll be delighted to know that from our gîte, you can easily walk to the shops and historic center of Rouffach. A 5-step staircase leads up to the 82 m², single-storey gîte, with a 40 m² outdoor terrace. The gîte comprises a living room with TV and dining table. The independent kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, oven, ceramic hob, toaster, filter coffee maker, pod coffee maker, microwave, raclette oven and fondue machine. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160x190). Services: WIFI - Bed linen and towels provided. End-of-stay cleaning 60 euros extra. Pets accepted: €20/pet for the stay. Utilities included. Public parking lot in front of the gîtes. Possibility of a 4-person stay, including the 2-person l'Arrière gîte. From Rouffach, you're just a few kilometers from Colmar and close to traditional villages such as Eguisheim and Riquewihr. The Route des Vins d'Alsace and nearby tourist sites also offer numerous possibilities for day trips or sightseeing.
