Alspach Abbey

Founded at the beginning of the 12th century, the Abbey of Alspach has been subject to numerous degradations during several decades. However, the intervention of associations from the town of Kaysersberg enabled the restoration and reopening of the site.

Nowadays, the Unterlinden Museum in Colmar owns parts of the Abbey, and it is now used as an art gallery. Artists can exhibit their work there and it is possible to visit it during the Heritage Days.
