Exploring landscapes and biodiversity

The Alsace Wine Route is a territory rich in biodiversity, brimming with plants and wildlife. During this walk alongside members of the brotherhoods of Haut-Koenigsbourg, Saint-Urbain, and Rieslinger, you’ll get to know the diverse Alsatian grape varieties and learn more about the initiatives put in place by the winegrowers to preserve the environment and improve the quality of the wines.

A festive day with the wine brotherhoods

Wine brotherhoods aim to promote Alsace's wine and its traditions. You'll recognise them by their colourful costumes and coats of arms. They regularly host cultural and festive events around wine. For this occasion, the Haut-Koenigsbourg, Saint-Urbain and Rieslinger brotherhoods share not only their history and their role today, but also their passion for wine and their ancestral know-how. You also have the chance to taste their wines, paired with local treats from Alsace.
