Chapter of the harvest of the Confrérie des Vins de Cleebourg
The evening begins in the Caves between the barrels with a commented tasting of the 6 Alsace white wines, after which applicants wishing to join the brotherhood are invited to pass the vinic tests (wine tasting), followed by the induction of new members with the presentation of a diploma and the brotherhood collar. Following the induction ceremony, guests gather in the cooperative's Salle d'Honneur for a dinner dance.
