Breakfast is the most important meal and the best way to start the day. Learn how to prepare a healthy but delicious breakfast, ideal for boosting your energy levels and keeping you energised throughout the morning, while reconciling a balanced diet with the pleasure of eating! The programme includes a group preparation of a low glycaemic index brunch using fresh seasonal produce. Led by Murielle Higelin, naturopath, as part of the "La Bonne Assiette" program.
