Explore a northern vineyard and enjoy a sun-drenched crémant
Cleebourg is easy to find on a map of the Alsatian vineyard. Just follow the arrow pointing north to locate Alsace's northernmost vineyards. Another characteristic: Cleebourg is in the heart of the Northern Vosges Regional Nature Park. Once there, it's a truly lovely sight. The south-facing vines planted on the piedmont plain come together in perfect harmony. When the sun sets over the horizon, it's simply stunning. The enchanting setting lends itself to long strolls through the vineyard. Make your way to the wine cooperative of Cleebourg for a tasting. The finely-sparkling Crémant Ice with notes of mandarin orange and lemon is best enjoyed over crushed ice, either as an aperitif or for dessert. It's perfect for all major occasions. The young winemakers of the region are such fans of the wine that they've held a celebration in its honour every August for 30 years.
